TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

3-night minimum stay – prices from £200 - £300 per night depending on time of year.

Stays longer than 7 days – special discount 10% off. 

​

20% deposit to secure booking dates if the booking is made more than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

 

For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, full payment is needed to secure the booking.

Guests can receive a full refund (except a charge of £75 which be used to cover the costs of admin) if they make a cancellation 3 weeks prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after that will be non-refundable.
